 Major Network Printer Functions

Name Description

Different Paper

Setting

Inserts a different type of paper for cover page or inserts. (letter-head paper,

coloured paper, etc.).

N-up layout

Multiple pages of data can be printed on a single sheet of paper (2/4/6/9/16)

N-up border (draw frame border) and page order available

Booklet Style

Arranges copies in the proper order for eventual centre stapling and folding into

a booklet.

Zoom Enlarges/ Reduces the image to a selected percentage.

 Major Copy Functions (DX-C200 only)

Name Description

Auto Power Shut-Off

Turns the machine off after it has remained idle for a preset amount of time. You

can preset this shut-off time as desired.

E-sort

Collates multiple sets of copies in page order automatically without the aid of a

sorter.

Exposure

Exposure can be selected according to the type of originals being copied. (TEXT,

PHOTO, MIXED).

ID Card Copy Copies the front and reverse sides of ID card onto a single page.

SOPM (Scan Once /

Print Many)

Originals are scanned once and stored in memory. All copies are then produced

from memory saving time and wear on the scanner .

Toner Saving Mode

Toner Saving Mode lowers the density and therefore the amount of toner used

when copying, extending the life of the cartridge and saving money.

Density Specifies the image density for photocopying

Reduce/ Enlarge Enlarges/ reduces the original from 25 % to 400% in 1% increments.

Margin Shift Shifts the copy image right, left, or down to adjust the margin.

Comb.2-on-1/4-on-1

copy

You can copy two or four pages of an original onto a single sheet of paper.

2-sided Copy Prints data on both sides of the paper. (From SPF, S to D only supported)

Switch Duplex Copy

Orientation

Changes the copy direction.

Name Description

Twain scanning

TWAIN scanning allows you to operate the machine from your computer and

scan originals into your computer directly. TWAIN scanning can be performed

using a TWAIN-compliant application, such as Presto! PageManager.

Scan to e-mail You can send scanned files via e-mail using the control panel.

Scan to FTP server You can send scanned files to an FTP server using the control panel.

Scan to folder

You can send scanned files to the shared folder of a computer on a network

using the control panel.

Scan to USB You can send and store scanned files on a USB flash disk using the control panel.
