Replacing the Drum Cartridge
Viewing the total number of pages printed
To maintain the best printing quality, it is recommend that you replace the
drum cartridge after 20,000 pages have been printed. To check the total
number of pages printed, follow the steps below.
1 Press and then until [LIFE] appears in the display.
2 Press .
3 Press .
• The number of pages printed will appear in the display.
4 Press repeatedly to exit.

Replacing the drum cartridge
When 20,000 pages have been printed, DRUM LIFE OVER will appear in the
display. Replace the drum cartridge with the following cartridge:
SHARP FO-25DR drum cartridge
1 Open the top cover of the machine.
• Caution!
The fusing unit inside the print
compartment becomes very hot during
operation. Do not touch the inside of the
print compartment after the machine
has been in operation.
