19. Use the  key to scroll to and highlight the department’s default description eg:

Use the numeric key pad to enter the description. Use the numeric key pad to type

letters as you would on a mobile phone. You can enter up to 16 characters for the

description.

21. Press the TL/NS key to save the changes

22. Press the ESC/CANCEL key to move backwards through the screens to return

the REG mode.
