AL-2030/2040CS/2050CS DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY 8 - 11
18) Remove five screws and the grounding wire.
For the AL-2030, remove the main drive plate and the belt.
For the AL-2040CS/2050CS, remove the main drive plate.
19) Remove the parts as shown below, and remove the pressure
release solenoid and the paper feed solenoid.
20) Remove four screws, and remove the paper guide unit.
(AL-2030/2040CS only)
21) Remove four screws, and remove the lower paper guide unit.
(AL-2050CS only)
[Note for installation]
Fit the lower paper guide hole (a) with the shifter gear hole (b)
so that the black resin (c) of the shifter unit can be checked.
