Use a USB ﬂ ash disk that is

compatible with the Scan to

USB function.

USB Disconnected

Press Clear key

The Scan to USB

function failed be-

cause the USB ﬂ ash

disk was removed

before the operation

could be completed.

Check that the USB ﬂ ash disk is

securely inserted in the ma-

chine. Do not pull out the USB

ﬂ ash disk until "Ready" appears

on the display.

USB Memory

Overﬂ ow Press

Clear key

The Scan to USB

function failed be-

cause there was not

enough memory on

the USB ﬂ ash disk.

Use a USB ﬂ ash disk with

enough memory.

Write Protect Press

password- or write-protected.
