The WorkCentre 4260 has a true print resolution of just 600 x 600 dpi,

which is interpolated to 1200 x 1200 dpi.”

The human eye can’t see resolution above 600 x 600 dpi without special

magniﬁcation tools, and there are very few instances where anyone

actually takes a magnifying glass to printed output.

the MX-B402, and at a much lower price. That more than makes up for

the minor difference in rated color scanning speed. Plus, speaking of rated

scanning speed, the WorkCentre 4260 scans at a speed of up to 55 ipm in

black mode, while the MX-B402 is a full 20 ipm slower (just 35 ipm).
