There are five power levels. The approximate

percentage of microwave power for each setting

is:

HIGH 100%

MED HIGH (MEDIUM HIGH) 70%

MED (MEDIUM) 50%

MED LOW/DEFROST 30%

(MEDIUM LOW/DEFROST)

LOW 10%
