Remove the ExpressCard assembly:

1. Position the computer with the right side toward you.

2. Remove the three Phillips PM2.5×4.0 screws that secure the ExpressCard assembly to

the system board.

3. Lift the left side of the ExpressCard assembly, and then swing it up and to the right (1) until it rests

upside down on the system board.

Release the ZIF connector to which the ExpressCard assembly cable is attached, and then

disconnect the cable (2) from the connector.

5. Remove the ExpressCard assembly.

Reverse this procedure to install the ExpressCard assembly.
